Clipped the kitty's nails, now we get to give him a bath... he's a stinky boy. He *needs* a bath. But he's not gonna be happy with us.

Hii! This week has been chaotic. We may have another cat. It's a stray that we noticed when we first moved in, and he would run away every time he saw us... Until he realized we were feeding him and got an outdoor heated cat house he could hide in. Yesterday he spent most of the morning screaming at our door and basement window asking to be let in, then mom lured him to the basement with food. We think someone dumped him, which makes me angry bc he is the sweetest and cuddliest boy. Mom and Dad took him to the vet and they said he has no chip, and no one on the neighborhood group chat has claimed him. He has another vet appointment Monday to test for FIV. If he doesn't have it we can keep him and eventually introduce him to the other cats. If he's FIV positive then we'll foster until we can find him a home because I wanna make sure he has a good family that won't dump him again.

Hi all! There's a foot of snow outside. I worked from home yesterday but had to go in to work today. It's too cold. Because of the snow, people aren't showing up for their appointments. Which is great because I've caught up on my notes, but sucks because now I'm just hoping that we get a walk in appointment so I can do something. It's a good opportunity to work on the baby blanket for my coworker though!
