I'd be happy with an eastern, but so far, they remind me more of little drakes than little easterns. And by 'drake' I mean a more western-styled wingless dragon (sort of like the design of the female Terrae, I suppose) and not the critters dc calls drakes. But I guess we'll see in a few days! The sprites look lovely either way.

As much as I want them to be spidery, I don't think they actually remind me of spiders anymore. I can't quite put my finger on what they do remind me of though.

I love the eggs. When I see them, I think "enderdragon" But seriously, I hope they are spider themed

I'm pretty excited for the event too. Though I do love the big intricate events we've been having lately, I kind of miss the simpler events where we collect things on the site. The pixel work for those events were always so beautiful, I really want another one like them.

Darn! I'm going to have to sit through hours of class before I'm going to be able to see what these guys look like all grown up.

Managed to catch another Shimmering Gold right after my newest metallic Gold hatched. I just want a few more to match the number for blue ones I've caught. And, like everyone else, I can't wait to see the adults!

I think I can remember what the golds adults look like. I don't think I ever looked at them all to much though, so I can't be sure. As for the blues, I have no clue.

I've caught two of the golden ones and four of the bleu ones As soon as my metallic gold egg hatches, I'd like to catch another one of the new gold eggs.

The new dragon is absolutely gorgeous! Probably one of my favorite so far. The shading is to die for!

Your welcome Oh, I've also turned my proxy settings to not use proxies. I don't know why my interned was set to use a proxy in the first place, but once I switched it the pages seemed to load better... That may have just been a placebo effect though because I honestly have no idea how proxies work lol @warriorjames: Ohhhh good catch. Glad I could help

Here's how I've had such a good time catching Hollies, with minimal effort: If you're using Firefox (and if you're not, I suggest using just until you catch the eggs you want), turn off Javascript. That will speed the loading of the AP, no matter how slow your connection is. Also, in the menu bar there is a section that says 'view'. Under view, there is a section called 'page style'. Click that and (while you are on the AP) select 'no style'. That will eliminate the load time for all the fancy stuff. Finally, right click anywhere on DC (except on a link or picture) and go to 'view page info' then 'media'. Once there, click the 'block images from static.technoized' box. This will block all the "DRAGON CAVE, Login, scroll, help, etc." images, but leave the egg and dragon images untouched. Obviously, doing all that won't make Hollies pop up in the AP any more frequently than they already do, but it'll help the AP load much MUCH faster, thus making things a bit easier than they would be if you let all that extra stuff load. Caught another Holly just now. It's the third one I've caught (total. Traded one for an ND). I'm not sure I want to keep this one though, as it's inbred. If I can catch three, I'm sure I can catch a fourth one... But these little guys are so sought after... If I abandoned it and wound up NOT catching another one, I'd probably beat myself up over it until next Christmas. D:
