Posted July 25, 2010 Before the World Cup, I didn't know what these were called. I've had one since I was a kid, actually I only find it annoying when it's played during a game, cuz that's continuous. When individuals do it, it's not so bad cuz they don't do it for long. People were selling collapsible ones at Anime Expo earlier this month, so they were everywhere but I didn't mind... Hee hee. I finally found mine, and now my brother shall suffer at random moments. Posted July 25, 2010 I hate football, and thus hate vuvuzelas. But my hate for them increased when people brought some in at school and played them in the Dining Hall. It scared the out of me. Share this post Link to post

I had no idea what these were till I came here to this thread. |D I don't think I've heard one but I don't like annoying noises so I highly doubt I'd like one of these. Share this post Link to post
Posted November 28, 2010 That is made of pure win. |D My friends and I are planning to bring in vuvuzelas during our senior year hall run next year. WE WILL DESTROY LAST YEAR'S SENIORS! The best they could do was an air horn. We've got 43 people pledged to buy one and play it during the run next year already. Share this post Link to post
Posted November 28, 2010 Vuvuzelas have nothing to do with football, they are for soccer. I say vuvuzelas are fun Share this post Link to post

Posted November 28, 2010 Vuvuzelas have nothing to do with football, they are for soccer. Ignoraaaaance. Soccer is called football in at least Britain, and I think most of Europe. You're thinking of American football. Share this post Link to post

Posted November 29, 2010 I think America is the only place in the world that calls football soccer. I think so. They call it football where I live. Off-topic and weird question: Football is because the ball interacts with a foot. Handball is because the ball interacts with a hand. Volleyball is because the ball interacts with a volley?
