Posted February 14, 2012 I haven't even looked at the completed list for a long while. I always wonder once they're completed what are the chances that they'll be released? Are they removed from that list (I'd assume so) before they are dropped at some point? Maybe one of the spriters can answer my question about how many per year are actually "picked" by TJ to become new dragons in the Cave. Share this post Link to post
Posted February 14, 2012 I'd say on average we get about ten to thirteen dragons per year released (plus the three holidays). I'd say about 80% of those released were on the Completed List at some point- those that weren't were done in the secret artist area. I believe they have to be taken off the list at least two months prior to them being released. Share this post Link to post

Posted March 12, 2012 (edited) Just off my memory, I would LOVE to see the Calligraphy (not too sure about the name), Balance (ditto), Crystal Song, Morganite Wyvern, Lotus and Celebration dragons. First two are mainly because I would love to see more Eastern dragons especially since it's from my culture (Though I can't seem to find them on the completed list anymore, either because they were never completed, or they got a name change, or they got removed...) and the rest, well... I like pretty colours I do like some of the other concepts as well though, like LadyLyzar's Harptail and Tanglewyrm. Maybe I'll look through the list and pick out a few more later, AFTER I complete my homework EDIT: Just realised the Balance dragons were never completed... Even though I though they were. D: Eclipse Amphithere - I love the colour pattern/bleed/gradient on these, and they have gorgeous postures! Lindwyrm - Oh hell yes! There are so many things right with this sprite~ <3 Luminous Stripes (Pink) - Because that's the kind of pink I'm all about. So pretty! I'm also partial to wingless dragon species. Reef Serpent - An amazing job with shading and colour choice. Do want! Sand-Belly - A long-running favourite of mine. Again, beautiful wings, and the colour choice is boss. Tailwings - Despite their gentle nature (as per description), these sprites sure look like they mean business. <3 Those are my favourites. But I like the majority of sprites in that list. Demonic...so cool! Desert Bloom Lundwyrm Equss...all of them! I have this fantasy of TJ releasing every single one of them in one glorious release and me rolling around on the floor, laughing like a loon in glee! Face Eater Ghost Whitefoot Gloom...such gorgeous colors! Iridesent...all of them, the colors are so beautiful. Lotus...the regular and commons have such lovely pastel colors. Mineral...all of them. Owl...I love the tawny, and the babies are just too cute! White Dino Saber Fanged Sunshower Tanglewyrm...it's so unusual Quicksilver Eastern Phosoptic Shellisticus...I love how they look encrusted with jewels! Sun Conure Drake Those are some of my absolute favorites, but all of them rock! Didn't there used to be a bunch of vegatable dragons?
