Posted January 2, 2014 I don't think it's fair to just re-start the entire thread without trying to work with the project account users first. Yes, it's been a while and I've always thought this is a thread that really needs multiple people taking care of it because of the beastly nature of the job, so I agree more helpers would be awesome. But perhaps we could contact the most active account owners and see what's up before starting over without them. :3 From the first posts it seems like collab and global positions are open. Has anyone sent in an app? =o We get nowhere if no one has the time or ability to help out with the project. If I receive no reply, this thread will be closed again so it doesn't keep getting bumped up while there's no one to maintain it. I'd like to wait like a week and a half or two weeks before getting no reply and closing. If we can't get through to any of the original account maintainers, perhaps something can be worked out to re-start the thread if a new group of users is willing to step forward to maintain a records thread. It's only been three months and I believe one of the helpers was at least recently active, so hopefully we get some reply. One person here mentioned sending in an app to help out to the project account, so hopefully the user I PM'd will catch my PM and log into the project account and can check out the app. I still encourage any users who think they could help out to PM an application in to the account. Posted January 25, 2014 Great to see this thread back and running again. Just one question: My record update was on page 107 (most Terrae dragons). That one has been updated. But I submitted a replacement for another record (most Tinsel kin dragons). That one was not updated, although I have currently 290 Tinsel kin dragons, a lot more than the current record holder. My scroll is http://dragcave.net/user/dragongrrrl, and not http://dragcave.net/user/dragongrrl. The dragongrrl scroll never had any dragons successfully grow up on it when I was here in June of 2008, and was not accessible by any password when I returned in September of 2010. It's been sitting empty, unaccessible and unused for almost 6 years. Maybe that's some kind of record, since I often hear that empty scrolls are deleted, yet there it sits. Posted January 26, 2014 (edited) Idril, I overlooked your record, my apologies! It was on page 107 and should have been included in the last update. I will add it in the next round of updates. Dragongrrl, changed the scroll lonk to dragongrrrl. As for the rest, I'm not likely to check any records for a few days due to the fact that I'm currently limited to an iPad; I don't like manually counting to 800 twice and ending up with two different numbers Once my old unreliable Vista pc is in working order again I'll recommence updating.
