Finding the Lost

Recommended Posts

I believe her to be lost:

http://dragcave.net/view/ojfp

Am I correct?

Yes, she's a Lost. Her ancestor MncB (aka New York Snow Dorkface before his name was wiped) is on the list of known Dorkfaces in the second post :3

@Aresa, I'm afraid I don't know anything about that lineage... If it is linked with the D'Hennegels, though, you could try asking about it in the D'Hennegel thread.

I'm not sure about this egg belonging to my friend, as it has the Dorkface name in its ancestors but I don't know if it's possible to check an egg. ^^' My friend would like to gift it to another friend, but he would like to know whether or not it's possible to check whether it's a Dorkface or not before he gifts it. :3

Yes, that is a real Dorkface-- not a Lost one, though. If you click on this Silver dragon's lineage to see further back, Midas and Shally are there. :3

Here's a lineage of a Dorkface I've had for quite some time (fact it's one of my first) that had its lineage chain broken some time ago. Before that, it was not too long and messy of a lineage.

http://dragcave.net/lineage/KVdZ

Now that I remember, at the time I found this out, there was actually a bit more of the lineage chain burned in the middle of that lineage than just one of my dragon's grandparents before the break. Both his grandparents also had their parents deceased.

Oh, and I just noticed another post in the previous page with a similar scenario as mine. Too bad I didn't capture a screenshot. That would've been very important now. sad.gif

This lovely egg i picked up a short while ago from the AP. http://dragcave.net/lineage/CV2t Please tell me if i have this posted here in error. i believe it might legitimately be from the Serenity Dorkface lineage.

It seems to be a Thuwed/Dorkface/Dusk from the Serenity Dorkface (rViA) lineage from bluebell_rose's scroll, as well as Whood Thuwed x Ekxoh Tuhb Whood Thuwed from TJ's, and Isaak Dusk Thuwed x Brighton Dusk from duskspoken's scroll.

Thank you Absolute, i am truly happy to have caught your egg!

@Lynxkatt2000: You are absolutely correct. :3

@Bajka20: I can't find anything on Google Cache to reveal more about your dragon's lineage, but I have added her to the list.

@Kamoodle: I added the father of your dragon to the list as the earliest surviving ancestor. Google Cache showed his parents, but as you said it is also ended by a pair of dead dragons.

I picked up a Pink egg, http://dragcave.net/lineage/FrI0 and one set of grandparents are deceased. I tried googling the unnamed Silver mother's code, but have come up with nothing so far.

Is it part of these missing lines, or is there even enough evidence left to give anyone a clue about this line? I've come up blank so far. unsure.gif

I think this dragon is a Thuwed but i'm not sure i can't see it in the lineage but 2 dragon are dead and i'm sure i saw a dragon with 70k+ veiws yesterday has it bee cut off from the rest?

Here is the lineage link:

When you check farther back on your longest lines, you find this dragon, http://dragcave.net/lineage/Dksm with the Thuwed many great grands. Looks like you have a Thuwed!

I wish my little Pink was that clear.

Thanks i knew a saw the geode and stone dragon somewhere before just wanted to confirm my dragon really is a Thuwed, so someone just killed off the 2 dragons that linked my dragon back to to those 2.

There's no break in your Thuwed line. The deceased pair are another line. They may also be Thuwed, but there is no break in the line or deceased dragons between Jkedo Thuwed and Woeto Thuwed down to your baby.

I asked this question almost two weeks ago, then ended up answering a question for some one else, and I guess my question got lost in the shuffle. Does any one have a clue about my Pink girl's grandparents?

Google yielded nothing for me as well.

However, my gut feeling would be to say that it's not a Lost Dorkface, because the parent is a Silver. Many people will kill both of a Silver's (or Gold's) parents so that they can have a "CB" metallic. There is of course always a possibility that Midas and Shally were in the silver's lineage, but there's no way to know for sure, and with the parent being a Silver and no Dorkface names in the remaining line, I'd be inclined to say it's not a Dork.

I think I might have a thuwed but I'm not sure. Can you please take a look? Here's the lineage http://dragcave.net/lineage/r1hd

Yep, Wect and Fadb Thuwed are right there in the lineage. Congrats!

I have three dorkfaces and what i believe to be a dorkface thuwed. They are huge btw, 12, 13, maybe even 14 gen.

http://dragcave.net/lineage/scNk

http://dragcave.net/lineage/VaEV

Your first dragon is a Dorkface, the second one is actually a double Dork (goes back to Midas twice), and the third is indeed a Dorkface Thuwed. None of them are lost though! :3

Not sure if this counts as helping cause they're wild hatchlings etc but here are some links. ^^"

6th(I presume) Gen Magi Dorkface

5th(or so I think) Gen Black Dorkface

6th(I believe so) Gen Bluna Dorkface

Yes, all of those are Dorkfaces that were frozen and released to the Wilderness. They aren't "lost" though, in the sense that their ancestry is complete with no missing dragons. :3

---------

Once again, this thread is primarily for dragons with gravestones in their lineages. For regular (non-Lost) Dorkfaces, you'll be better off posting in the Dorkface thread, and for regular Thuweds, in the Thuwed thread. smile.gif

>.<" Thanks for sorting that out. It makes more sense now. I'll be sure to point any lost Dorkfaces in your direction.

Thank you, TPishek, for your search and your note! smile.gif I guess we can rule out Dorkface on my baby, but is it ruled out as a possible Thuwed as well, or is it just one that is forever lost to its ancestry?
