Decided to go through my list to see if any were named, and found a few luckily.

 

This Girl took her father's surname.

This one is a mashup of his parents--->Undine

This Ridgewing took his fathers name

This Avatar of Creation, and it looks like that person continued the naming pattern

This Nebula has his father's name.

I name the dragons after the lyrics of the song from "Skyrim", and funny enough the third generation (if it isn't abandoned eggs like this one) gets the English translation of the chorus as names.

If I have trouble coming up with a name, I look to the parents and try to morph the names or follow a naming pattern if there is one. I think it's a nice tip of the hat to the dragon's ancestors.

The top part of my scroll are all "dazzling" dragons, and I love it when I breed some to the AP and people name the offspring with dazzling in their name

 

When I have trouble naming dragons I look at the parents and try to come up with something similar to that name.
