Posted July 6, 2010 Glad to see that my tutorial works! My suggestion to you would be to make sure that the images are the correct size. Otherwise, the images shrink a little when you animate them. Posted July 10, 2010 Sorry to dredge up an old thread, but are you still not taking requests? Not offically, but if you want something easy done, I'm kinda in the mood to work. I just found out we have Internet and MS paint here. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 10, 2010 (edited) Same here, Leany. ^^ But I don't want to swamp you with work while you're on vacation... So I might just try out that tutorial. (: Edit;; And so I did. X3 Weee~ Thanks for the tutorial, Leany! Edited July 10, 2010 by lilyice Share this post Link to post
Posted July 10, 2010 You're going to have to be a little more specific then that. I'm not really wanting to do a custom character right now, but if it's one from the games I'd gladly do it. Thanks Lily! I'm glad to see that the tutorial actually works. Cute choice, BTW~ Share this post Link to post
Posted July 10, 2010 Yeah, it is a character from the game, I would have chosen gold, from HGSS Share this post Link to post

Posted July 11, 2010 Thanks Lily! I'm glad to see that the tutorial actually works. Cute choice, BTW~ No, thank you. And yeah, I have a thing for cute/little things. XDD Aha... You know, I might've gone a little crazy with this. ^^;; It's just so addicting! I made more that were only pokemons, or trainers with a whole trail of pokemons behind them, or a line of little to big pokemons, or... you get the idea. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 11, 2010 Leany... which program do you use to animate the sprites? I've got GIMP and I don't have the slightest clue how to start. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 11, 2010 (edited) Leany... which program do you use to animate the sprites? I've got GIMP and I don't have the slightest clue how to start. Leany uses iaza.com, which is mentioned in her tutorial here. I also use Animation Shop 3, which is a program designed specifically for the purpose, so it gives more options. Edited for typo. Posted July 11, 2010 I have MS paint and Iaza.com. As Lily pointed out above, I made a tutorial. I often make random custom characters and give them a whole pokemon team. It is very addicting. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 11, 2010 Kinda. It does take awhile to perfect your methode. I've made over 100 of these and I still get stumped. Requested: [img=http://www.iaza.com/work/100712C/EWS_11966696549-iaza.gif] Share this post Link to post
