Probably something reassuring to the person(s) that is/are in my presence while I am about to die, something like: "It's okay, don't worry. It is what it is, and I'm not afraid."

 

But if I'm all alone when I die, I'll probably not say anything at all, just stare at the most peaceful and reassuring thing to stare at (e.g. blue sky) while the life is leaving my body.
