Posted June 25, 2013 (edited) Thanks to the lovely breeders who breed shimmerkin and tinselkin as they are now (or will be) vampires in my lovely collection! I've caught some fabulous 3rd, 4th and 5th gen stairs of lovely shimmer and tinsel-kins lately and my biting has been overall great! I'm on a quest to collect vampires with lovely lineages and they are my prime target (though I won't say no to a lovely checker). I've had pretty great success too (though i've had bad days too). Some examples of my finds (and sucessful resulting bites): http://dragcave.net/lineage/R1Chf http://dragcave.net/lineage/A5ETw http://dragcave.net/lineage/GPwIy http://dragcave.net/lineage/nEthV http://dragcave.net/lineage/FqHVh http://dragcave.net/lineage/LhcAC http://dragcave.net/lineage/b89i8 Overall, the month of June has seen mostly positive stats. I've bitten well over >50 and a lot of them turn, but I had a week where everything repulsed, and another week when everything died. I've had like 15-18 deaths this month and the rest are turns/repulses. This seems to be a week where everything turns and stays, which lucky for me, has been my best week for finding real treasures on the AP for my vampires! It makes up for the week of everything turning and being kicked Edited June 25, 2013 by Devyn Star Share this post Link to post

Posted June 25, 2013 (edited) -points at her sig- I'm just terrible at this . Over the course of DC: 20 bites. 15 Killed 4 Repulsed 1 Success ...Oh good lord, my success rate isn't 10%, it's 5%. :/ Edited June 25, 2013 by KuraiKitty Share this post Link to post
Posted June 26, 2013 Just bit a yet another egg. This time it was a success, except it was repulsed... at least it didn't die Share this post Link to post
Posted June 26, 2013 (edited) 13 bites: 1 killed 9 tossed 3 kept ...and one picked up from the AP Today: 2 bites, 2 killed Edited June 27, 2013 by jis99 Share this post Link to post
Posted June 28, 2013 Last 2 days: 13 bites 8 kept 4 rejected 1 killed It seems my biters are feeling particularly kind! I am exclusively biting AP eggs now, and I've found the short-time eggs seem to be more resilient to biting even if they don't have any views. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 4, 2013 Today: 5 bites; 2 dead 3 turned & stayed. Not bad, I think. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 5, 2013 I just started, got a vampy from the AP, it just grew up, and I had it bite an egg. Success! I've only done one bite though. (I'm actually trying to find out what it's worth ) Share this post Link to post
Posted July 5, 2013 Today. 6 bites - low time eggs from the AP - 6 took - two of them repulsed, the rest stayed and were gifted. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 6, 2013 Just now: Bite 1: turned and stayed on scroll Bite 2: = dead Share this post Link to post
Posted July 6, 2013 I'm wondering if it's just a coincidence, but has anyone else noticed that the "male" vampires reject more than the females? O.o Just about all of my males rejected the eggs and my females never! However, I managed to get back some of the rejected eggs. Share this post Link to post
Posted July 9, 2013 A few days ago I was trying to prove a point to a friend, about how rare successful bites are.... So of *course* it backfired on me. 1st bite successful and stayed 2nd bite successful but repulsed 3rd bite died I was shocked, lol Share this post Link to post
Posted July 14, 2013 I've bitten like 5 eggs this week and kept all of them. Last few weeks were mostly kills. Share this post Link to post
