There were originally six Werys:

 

Fort, Benden, Telgar, High Reaches, Igen and Ista

 

Later two were formed on the Southern Continent:

 

Southern and Monaco Bay Weyr

 

Honshu was considered a WeyrHold and was a hybrid of both Weyr and Hold.

I would love to be part of this lineage, but I don't have a gold yet.

 

When I get one, maybe later this week, maybe upon this request, could I be the senior gold at Igen?

High Reaches has a gold egg on the sands from Senior Queen Dulciath and her mate, bronze Celeritath. The egg will go to Mishii so Benden will have a queen and subsequent eggs will start filling the request list.

mishii and elencha, any updates on your golds?

 

airaani, if you get a Gen 2 gold from your gold, I think you can use it. The one I gave elencha is a 7th gen (or 6, I can't remember). So Gen 2 should be fine.

Actually, Fort's Orlith of Pern is anxiously awaiting the maturation of the Whiptail that just gendered male on my scroll.

Unfortunately Mishii didn't contact me in time to pick up her gold and it matured on my scroll, so High Reaches has a junior queen, Messoriath, who will be mated with Agathonth once he is available to breed again.

 

Senior Queen Dulciath's mating this week resulted in a "bronze" (black) egg.

She matured, though I won't be able to breed her with the new eggs :/ Just as soon as everything calms down I plan to breed her. And come up with a name lol

I haven't, and it looks like she missed a gold as well.

 

If you're asking about you gold mentioned above, I don't see why it can't be used. There are dragons with much longer lineages being used. And the name is Pernese.

 

Of course, I'm not the OP, but I'm just going by what I've seen.

Ista Weyrs Queen Milzith was flown by Bronze Obliareth and produced a bronze egg.

Well for now Evaneth will be senior queen in Southern Weyr. She'll be rising to mate pretty soon and we shall have to see what bronze flies her...

It's 30 days from the last post, no matter who makes it. As long as we keep posting and breeding, the Entire lineage won't die. It just makes keeping track of updates harder.
