Once my vampire egg hatches i'll name it the Assimulator, or Assimulation, or if those have been taken, something else.

I'm also renaming my Water Walker to Undine (the real name of Species 8472), since it does kinda look like them.

i didnt say i wanted more to be bred to my liking, but sure go ahead. I'm a little confused about this, we make whole lines based on certain names?

@Nightlasher--we have been choosing themes based on the birthdays of Trek Stars every month, but are running out of interesting ones. Any theme for breeding is all right, though.

I've started giving different species in my scroll different designations. I get these numbers by typing a keyword (e.g. Undead for Vampire) in the main field of http://home.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/ and then choosing the first three numbers out of the hexadecimal or ASCII/CHAR field, creating a bit of a borg-like species designation. I would do more than three numbers but then there's no room to post the dragon's nickname.

I'll probably start doing an Undine line, or maybe a Star Trek Online line. I have started a Beyond Warp line of Magi, starting with Conduit, and once her egg grows, I'll name it Transwarp. And after that maybe Slipstream/Quantum Slipstream

 

Actually, if no one minds, i might make a Borg Species Designation Lineage thing thread.

 

 

UPDATED:

For my vampires, i've decided for a more original lineage idea. a Devidian lineage. Devidians are a vampire race (only sci-fi-ified).

Borg Transportation Lineage for Magis

PLUS

All my dragons have a species number, like the borg. Water Walkers are Species 847 (a reference to Species 8472 since they look similar). GoNs (don't have one but will one day maybe) are Species 001, and Undead dragons are whatever species they were previously but with a negative sign in front. I'll make a post with all the species numbers sometime.

I'd post my lineages but they're imperfect due to the fact that the majority of my eggs come out of the AP and already have unchangeable lineages.

Tribble line. if you run out of names, use some of the tribble species names from STar Trek Online.

Been meaning to post here for some time (I've been working on a few lineage projects with Star Trek themed names) but I've been forgetting to do it till now. >>;
