Posted September 2, 2011 Anything by Justin Bieber. (I'm reasonalby ashamed that I actually know how to spell his last name) Anything but Kesha...oh, wait, I'm sorry; it's Ke$ha 'Nuff said. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 2, 2011 Cannibal is the most terrifying song I've ever heard by Ke$ha... it kept me up at night after I listened to the lyrics. Share this post Link to post

Posted January 20, 2015 "Psychosocial" by Slipknot. The only one that I managed to listen to all the way through the end. They scare the hell out of me! Also "Nymphetamine fix" by Cradle of Filth. I love that song in a really weird way since it scares me, yet I'm capable of replaying it over and over again. Share this post Link to post
Posted August 7, 2015 The lyrics look like Lullaby by The Cure... I spy something beginning with s... on candystripe legs the spiderman comes softly through the shadow of the evening sun stealing past the windows of the blissfully dead looking for the victim shivering in bed searching out fear in the gathering gloom and suddenly! a movement in the corner of the room! and there is nothing i can do when I realize with fright that the spiderman is having me for dinner tonight! quietly he laughs, shaking his head creeps closer now closer to the foot of the bed and softer than shadow and quicker than flies his arms are all around me and his tongue in my eyes! "be still be calm be quiet now my precious boy don't struggle like that or I will only love you more for it's much too late to get away or turn on the light 'cause the spiderman is having you for dinner tonight" and I feel like I'm being eaten by a thousand million shivering furry holes and I know that in the morning I will wake up in the shivering cold the spiderman is always hungry... "Come into my parlor," said the spider to the fly... "I have something for you..." Well, I can't sleep now. Thanks a lot! Share this post Link to post
Posted August 7, 2015 This is the most terrifying song in the world. I can't sleep now for two nights now. Another thank you! Share this post Link to post
Posted September 5, 2015 This is the most terrifying song in the world. I used to like that song at first. Until I heard it so many times it started scaring me. I'm kinda scared of this: Even though it's the intro song for my favourite TV show it scares me to the bone. It really does. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 5, 2015 I looked through my bookmarks a couple of days ago and i'm very worried to why I found this: I don't think its particularly scary (perhaps a tad creepy), but I literally have no clue why its even there.. Share this post Link to post
Posted September 7, 2016 (edited) I second those who have mentioned the Lavender Town theme, mostly when I was younger (I first played Firered when I was around 7 years old?). It was creepy, but I liked it, since I did tend to be attracted to scary stuff. Edited September 7, 2016 by andromedae Share this post Link to post
Posted September 7, 2016 (edited) Beautiful song, kinda creepy. She also sings Come little children. That I both love and am scared of, some versions are scary. Edited September 7, 2016 by AroaraAngelwolf Share this post Link to post
Posted September 7, 2016 I confess that for some reason, the theme to the "War Of The Worlds" scares the bajeebus out of me for some reason Not as much now, but when I was a kid i used to scream for it to be turned off. The X Files Theme used to, as well. But I kind of got over that one. Although I agree with anything by justin beiber is terrifying, as is one direction *shudders* Share this post Link to post
Posted October 3, 2016 I love all songs by Poets of the Fall, but their music videos are creepy. I can't listen to "Carnival of Rust" without thinking of worn-down funfairs and decaying clowns anymore. This is PotF's official channel. ...Have fun. ..Then there's all sorts of video game bgm, like "Damnation" from 2nd Super Robot Wars OG. Share this post Link to post
Posted October 16, 2016 There's one called Black Widow by Dolores O'riordan. I find the tone unsettling, like a song that's been extracted from some dark fairytale. I can't remember the lyrics with precision at all, I just don't like the song as a whole. Share this post Link to post
Posted October 20, 2016 (edited) I love these songs but they're like wOAh calm down pls Cease to Exist by SUICIDE SILENCE King For A Day by Pierce The Veil S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W by My Chemical Romance (Because well, the song is about a unit of Dracs in Battery City and those damn things I swear even though Danger Days is not real I will never put on one of those damn Drac masks I'm just too afraid oop) Jingle Bells by Korn (i find it hilarious lmao but it still freaks me out) Leviathan by LeATHERMØUTH (listen to it (or don't please don't and you'll know why) and lastly 5th Period Massacre by LeATHERMØUTH because it's about a school shooting... Posted October 22, 2016 (edited) Jonestown Tea by Otep Just don't listen to it... it can be extremely, extremely triggering. Plus it's rather explicit, of course. :/ Actually, I just sat and cried the first time I listened to it. It kind of hit home for a variety of reasons for me. :/ and Suicide Trees, also by Otep. Which is also really hitting home to me. and the fact its spoken and whispered like someone talking to themselves is even scarier. Edited October 22, 2016 by Trickseh Share this post Link to post
Posted October 27, 2016 I used to like this song, in fact I still do, however it seems to cast an unnerving effect around the atmosphere whenever it sounds. It's called Under Your Spell. To me, it seems similar to a descent into madness, some sort of void thanks to an obsession. This person allowed their obsession to challenge their own sanity, transforming their life into a generalized state of neglect. There's also a part with whispery repetition of the phrase "forever and ever" which for some reason makes me uneasy. Maybe I'm overanalyzing the situation. Give it a listen, it's not too bad. Posted October 31, 2016 There's one called Black Widow by Dolores O'riordan. I find the tone unsettling, like a song that's been extracted from some dark fairytale. I can't remember the lyrics with precision at all, I just don't like the song as a whole. ...The title of that song immediately made me remember a Finnish song called "Tumma nainen" or "Dark Woman". The story in that is pretty dark, even though the music isn't. These are the lyrics (they look a little clunky since I translated them from Finnish in a hurry... they'd look better if I put more effort into it). She didn't get out of her car Just pet the cat on her lap She pointed for me to follow When she did, I knew I would She drew a dim sign on the window And the carriage began to move The road ended on a shady yard She took me in and said it wouldn't take long *Refrain That dark woman conjured my fate for me In a black bowl she brewed a bewitched drink That dark woman danced like a blazing fire She told me my tomorrow unhappy would be From her cards she got a soldier And mumbled the strangest things You think that man is yours only But in my cards I see another woman You have to forget that man And mustn't visit him anymore I wondered about the strange advice As I left, I wondered what was wrong *Refrain I threw myself onto my bed Didn't cry, but stood up again I remembered the herbs of that drink After smelling them in my room I sneaked back to that house Heard the laughs and couldn't take it After throwing away the gun I left my lover in the witch's arms *Refrain Share this post Link to post
Posted April 8, 2021 The World of Drawcia. Look it up yourself. Reminder: this is from a Kirby game, and the 'music,' if you can even call it that, is making me feel like I have tinnitus when I really don't. Share this post Link to post
Posted April 8, 2021 I have never had this problem. There's only been songs that annoyed to the point I'd rather flee than be forced to listen to it again. Not the same thing. Share this post Link to post
Posted April 8, 2021 (edited) Never had a song scare me per say, but I watched The Brave Little Toaster again in many years and I could not believe the last song in it called 'Worthless' along with a car that committed suicide. I do not recommend reading the lyrics (or going to youtube and listening to it) if you are feeling depressed at all. It literally threw me in a funk for a day and a half. Editing to add details: For those of you who do not know the movie, the song/scene I am talking about is where the main characters are taken to a dump full of cars, and the cars start singing as they are picked up by this giant magnet and placed on a conveyor belt to be crushed (killed). Spoiler Blue sedan: I can't take this kind of pressure I must confess one more dusty road Would be just a road too long Chorus: Worthless Pink convertible: I just can't, I just can't I just can't seem to get started Don't have the heart to live in the fast lane All that has passed and gone Chorus: Worthless (Brown Car: And there ain't nothing you can do about it!) Worthless (Black car: Pardon me while I panic!) Worthless, worthless, worthless Red sportscar I come from KC Missouri And I got my kicks out on Route 66 Every truck stop from Butte to MO Motown to old Alabama From Texarkana and east of Savannah From Tampa to old Kokomo Chorus: Worthless Old racecar: I once ran the Indy 500 I must confess I'm impressed how I did it I wonder how close that I came Now I get a sinking sensation I was the top of the line, out of sight; out of mind So much for fortune and fame Texan limousine: Once took a Texan to a wedding, Once took a Texan to a wedding He kept forgetting, his loneliness letting His thoughts turn to home and we turned Hearse: I took a man to a graveyard I beg your pardon, it's quite hard enough Just living with the stuff I have learned Chorus: Worthless Beach station wagon: Once drove a surfer to sunset There were bikinis and buns, there were weenies Fellini just couldn't forget Pico, let's go up to Zuma Pico, let's go up to Zuma From Zuma to Yuma the rumor was I had a hand in the lay of the land (with Chorus:) Get up and go hit the highway Saxophone solo Chorus: (Oo-wooh...) Green pickup I worked on a reservation Chorus: (Ooh...ooh...) Green pickup Who would believe they would love me and (with Chorus) leave On a bus back to old Santa Fe? (without Chorus) Once in an Indian Nation I took the kids on the skids where the Hopi (with Chorus) Was happy 'til I heard 'em say...
