Unless I'm mistaken, Ultraviolets can breed throwback eggs that are Spitfire or Purple, no matter what the mate is. It is indeed surprising. EDIT: I checked the wiki; they can breed throwback Spitfires, but not Purples. --------------------- My growing things are apparently following a color scheme.
