It's funny, I had a funny feeling just as I hit "Breed" that they'd make an egg... but of course I ignored it because they never do lol, but then this popped up (and I was like !!!!)

 

Regardless, I don't think I'll be trying to breed PB silvers anytime soon, since they really do breed far too scarcely for that. Dx And I still like the way the silver X white looks, a lot, so I will continue with that once breeding allows. But still, this was extremely fun to breed.

congrats! it is very pretty. metallics are extremely hard to breed so any you try will be a gamble. good luck with your future breedings.

 

 

on a personal note:

 

those of you who have been around awhile will find this soooooo ironic, but.... i was looking at my pinks a while back and realized that i didn't have any CB's. they blocked the cave for hours on end that i wasn't in a hurry to catch them when i first started collecting eggs. then they got their influence function and became almost as scarce as metallics. i've been trying for months to get pinks but kept getting those da*n flamingos. anyway, after all this time, i have finally caught not just one but two CB pinks!!!! can you believe that i got almost excited over a stupid pink egg that people typically get over a metallic egg!

 

at least now i can do pure pinkXmetallic eggs.

I've been pairing one of my CB Male Silvers to a Moonstone. Pretty combo.

Not sure how nice a Female Silver/Male Moonstone lineage would look.

well, i've been able to get some more cb white eggs but haven't seen any cb blacks, silvers, or golds. of course, i'm not haunting the cave either.

 

are the blacks only in the desert or can you find them in the other biomes? i saw a black a shortly after the biomes started in the desert but that was the last time i saw one.

 

my tries for eggs from my lineages have come up bust lately. hopefully, i'll get something soon.

A while back I've picked up this beauty from the AP (lineage) and I'm trying to continue the lineage - any chance someone here could help me out and breed a Hellfire from a female Silver and a male Hellfire? I'm also willing to trade for it, of course. ^^

I'mso glad that Mandrakekeeper put the link to this thread in her sig as I have been trying to find a matching mate (or 2nd gen starting blocks for a matching mate) for this pretty blackx gold with christmas start for a long time.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask (with it not being pure black x gold) but I have had little success asking on the even gen thread and I was wondering if anyone on here could help. I would like to be able to gift gold eggs but it wouldn't be right to pair it with any old matching gen. I can gift offspring if I am successful.

and I would really appreciate any help with breeding black or gold even 2nd or 3rd gens as building blocks for a mate if 4th gens are difficult.

I appreciate that both blacks and golds are difficult to get eggs from however and would be grateful for any help whatever the generation.
