Posted January 28, 2011 Just hatched/released a neotropical (I didn't realize they were over-abundant, but this one sat on the AP for over 5 minutes as an egg). In the past week I've also hatched/released a mint and two more pebbles. Share this post Link to post

It's more a matter of tricking people into choosing the breeds that they don't normally consider. So basically you could take some of the eggs that continually are represented in the abandoned cave and raise them to hatchling stage. Doesn't really have to be pink or purple as they say. In other news, I actually may participate. But I want to finish the banner I was crafting for this. >.> Just because it needs to be finished, not that I am pushing for it to be used. Posted February 12, 2011 It seems like a lot of breeds that used to be snatched up quickly are now hanging around on the AP for a long time (it's not just V-day madness, I noticed this earlier). I always thought grays weren't really overly common, but a few days ago I saw one hanging out in the AP so long that it switched from 7 days to 6 days 23 hours. Posted February 23, 2011 I've been doing this for a while, but I never keep a code list. I like to find eggs with just under 5 days left, so I can incubate them and then hatch them and send them on their merry way... ...or keep them myself. *insert evil laugh here* Share this post Link to post
Posted February 27, 2011 A little frustrated right now. I know this probably isn't a big deal to most people, but it was just kind of a shock to me. I had finally hatched a Dorsal that I found hanging around on the AP. Abandoned it, and refreshed the page a few minutes later to see who grabbed it (I always do this. I never help them, stalk them, etc, it's really just a habit.) I had literally abandoned it like two minutes ago, and it was already a Wild Dragon. Whaaaaa?? Again, I know it's not really a big deal, but I had specifically taken care of that egg for this project, so that someone could have a Dorsal hatchie/adult... *sigh* Guess I just never really thought about the fact that they might be made Wild Dragons.
