Depending on what browser you use, there may be addons to change the fonts that link targets are using, e.g. for Firefox, I'm using "Theme Font & Size Changer" to set a more "serif"ic font, which allows me to distinguish capital i and lowercase L in the link target preview box.

I'm on Chrome. It's not helping me at all; the fonts within the site itself indeed change to whatever I want, but the preview font remains the same regardless. Playing with the settings of the browser itself didn't do anything either.

You may be screwed then. For Chrome under Windows 7, you could look for the window font settings in "Personalize", but Windows 10 doesn't offer that option anymore.

If you want to change system fonts under Windows 10, you have to be prepared to hack the Registry a bit (ask me how I know!).  A bit of googling will turn up guides if you really want to change it.

Hehe I remember playing with it when I still had WinXP. Eeh, it's not that big deal, I can see no point in tinkering with my system just for pixel eggs I can throw away after 5 hours :'D
