Posted April 30, 2010 I could see Hiss as one of those "ok, beat him in area A, then he slithers off and you go find him and beat him again in area B, then he escapes into area C and you fight him, he gets out ONE MORE TIME and when you beat him in area D he's finally cornered." Posted April 30, 2010 I wonder what Sora would be turned into in a Robin Hood world. I'm guessing either a fox or a bunny. Of course, both Donald and Goofy would be fine, seeing as they are both already animals. I still don't know how Sora was able to accept the fact they talked and wore clothes when he first might them. I'd be all like WTF? I know. Although we see very little of Destiny Island, it appears that there are no such creatures on it.. only fish and people. And papau fruits. So even if it is normal in the large Kingdom Hearts universe, it would not have been normal in Sora's world. Maybe he was shocked into silence.. or just so occupied with the Guard Armour than he didn't have time to react? Winnie the Pooh didn't scare him either, nor the fact that Iago could talk, or the Genie, or anything.. brave kid. Share this post Link to post

Posted April 30, 2010 The damn cat, yeah. Though another one in another game keeps itching memory, I can't put a name to it. Sora's either really good at rolling with the punches or really, really oblivious. Probably both. But consider his state of mind, I would think he's just in shock. "Uh.. actually I ate nothing but icecream..." "Oh." "OK honey, be back in time for super." "Alright, see you mom." That is of course providing that Sora has a phone. Or else it is normal for Destiny Island Youths to go searching for their destinies when they are fourteen, and not return for a while. Riku didn't seem very concerned about it. I frankly believe that because the world was dissolved and then restored that they don't remember a thing, and the time (was it two years? Sora left, did 1, year for Days and Sora sleeping, 2, they go home?) is filled by false memories. Or maybe they really just don't care/pay attention for someone going away. Selphie rather liked Riku but didn't seem to concerned with the fact that he'd apparently just up and left. *shrug* Share this post Link to post

But still, even with false memories, Sora might slip sometime.. I think it is overrated but have only played the original so far anyway. It's kind of.. different. Which is why some people love it and others think it's over rated. Also depends on the genre you usually play.. I for one play a lot of Square Enix's other games and so enjoy their general style and characters. So in short that's cool. Differing opinions in a civil manner are good. ^^ If you don't like the first one too well you probably wouldn't like the others much either. KH2 might be worth trying sometime, but unless you really like the game I wouldn't suggest Days, and probably not Chain of Memories. Though it is a bit different. Posted May 2, 2010 I wouldn't imagine he'd slip around his parents though. But it really depends on how much they actually talk. If it's not much, I assume he spends most of his time with Kairi and Riku, where it's totally safe to talk, and if he does slip in front of his parents, he can play it off as a make-believe adventure or something. I would have thought Sora might have found it a little more difficult to run away for KH3. Imagine you were a parent whose kid came back after running away two years ago. Posted May 5, 2010 I like Disney as well. :3 358/2 Days was OK, in my opinion. However, one thing threw me off - the game started, you started going on tutorial missions with CO members, tutorial over, CO members die. On like, Day 2. (Slight exaggeration..) We all knew they were going to die, no spoilers there, but couldn't they have spent more time on the other Org members who we didn't see much of (namely Larxene and even more so Lexaus of whom we know practically nothing..) and less on the fact that Roxas, Xion, and Axel like ice cream? Please..? And the multiplayer mode was dissapointing.. I was hoping it would be more like a Smash Brothers game, where the point was to fight and you could do it against computers as well as human players. Instead it was all do the missions again except they are harder. And Emerald songthings are the most annoying thing ever. /mini rant... The only game I don't have is CoM without the Re:.
