ANSWERED:What does SALT mean in trading?

Recommended Posts

It's short for "spriter's alt." When people make dragons for events (Halloween, winter holidays and Valentine's day), they have the option of receiving a special alternative version that is unique to their scroll! No one else but that spriter can obtain this special version of the dragon.

The offspring of these special variants can be very valuable in trading, because they're so rare. 2g "SAltkin" are highly sought after by certain users. They can be super fun to collect! Just be sure not to bother the spriters about breeding their alts for you, as most do not want to contacted about it or have rules they request you follow when doing so. They'll gift or put them up for trade on their own when they want to. 👍

If you want an example, check this dragon out!  See how there's several white-colored dragons then one that's a gold version?  The gold on is the spriter's alt.  (That would make this dragond a 3rd Gen SAltkin)
