Can't click the "down" layering buttons in Hatchling Dress-Up

I am using Xubuntu 20.04.05 OS and Firefox browser on PC. I can't click the "down" layering button due to how the scrolling button of the OS/browser works.

While this probably is an issue TJ should fix, in the meantime maybe you can achieve the same purpose by using the up button to move things up?
