I know on user descriptions, you have to adhere to rules such as the time period, setting, no first person, etc. But can I post my dragons on different sites (such as the Adoptable Posting board on Chicken Smoothie) where the origin of the adoptable can easily be found, without having to adhere to user descriptions? 
I kind of want to write about my dragons without the limits of the setting, from their perspective, but I can’t do that on site.

You have nothing to worry about; we're don't restrict what you write about your dragons anywhere except on-site.

 

The only off-site activity that is covered by the rules is exchanging eggs/hatchlings for third-party currency or whatnot.
