Posted July 3, 2022 (edited) So I purchased one month of ad removal on dragcave. For some reason, I’ve gotten several emails saying that I have purchased more than one month. I have only been charged once on my PayPal for the first and only month of ad removal I purchased. The ad removal page says I now have until March 2023 of no ads. I’m unsure if this is a site error or I’ll keep getting emails(and maybe being charged again on PayPal). I’m unsure of what to do about this. I only want one month of ad removal. Posted July 3, 2022 First of all, I can assure you that you will never be charged multiple times. All payments (even recurring ones) are handled by PayPal, and Dragon Cave doesn't have the ability to choose when to charge you. Beyond that, it looks like there was an issue with PayPal notifying the site of your purchase which caused it to be applied multiple times. I've cleaned this up, so everything should be in the correct state now. Share this post Link to post
