Dragon species that can only be found at specific times of the day?

The site says that only certain dragons can be found during the day/night. The wiki shows dragons that have different forms depending on the time (e.g. Stratos colours, Nocturnes) and species based on hatch time (Sunset/Sunrise dragons from the same egg), but it didn't specify any specific species that can only spawn in the caves depending on the time. For example, are the Moonstone/Sunstone dragons day or night exclusive?

The Moonstones and Sunstones aren’t time dependent, as far as I know. Would probably not be ideal to make them so, given that it’s a worldwide game.

 

The colour of Lunar Heralds is dependent on the moon, and go in cycles of several days per colour. Firegems change colour every hour. And Gemshards depend on the day of the week. There’s a handy little tool here: https://leviathan.thorngale.net/dragon-tools.php

Sunbeam/Moonglow drakes share the same egg sprite. The time of when an egg is bred (for lineaged ones) or caught in the cave (for CB's) depends if it's a Sunbeam or Moonglow.

Thank you both for the responses and links. So in essence, the day/night cycle is only relevant for the dragon species with form changes or species that share the same egg.

For Fire Gems, you can also just head right over to the market--whatever color is up to buy is the color that's currently dropping in cave and from breeding.  :3
