Hello and welcome! 

 

1. Use fansites to hatch your dragons, they'll get the views they need to grow up that way. Clicks are nice to have since they're worth a lot of views, but they're not needed for a dragon to grow up. Here is the list of fansites you can choose from. You shouldn't need to use more than three; I use Allure of Neglected Dragons, Valley Sherwood, and Silvi's Lair.

2. Don't let your dragons get views when they're too young, it'll increase the chances of them getting sick and dying. I wait until 6d10h is left on my eggs before adding them to fansites, and 5d23h left during holidays since fansites get more traffic then.
