Lunar Breeding / Moon Cycles

Recommended Posts

I bred my lunars today wanting a bronze, and on this Calendar its supposed to bronze today but I got a blue egg how come?

It's 10:32 EST, so that's far enough into the day that it should have changed cycles, right? 😕 this is gonna set back my holiday breeding plans...

No, if you look at the top of the calendar you used it states that the color change happens at 8 pm on the day listed, not at midnight.

I find the easiest way to be sure is just to look in the market. Whatever color egg is for sale is what will breed.

Oh, I didn't know about this, thank you !

It looks like unfortunately for you, the eggs hadn't changed over yet.

Lunar Herald eggs change at 8PM EDT/DC (Daylight Savings) or 7 PM EST/DC.

At 10:32 AM, the eggs were still unfortunately indigo. Sorry to hear bout that.

Bred, Cave, and Market Lunar Herald eggs should be bronze at 7:00 PM EST/DC on December 22, 2021.

  • Note for Pinkgothic's page, you can adjust the time you want by changing the last 4 digits in the link. They corresponds to time. Changing the eight (8) digits before the last six (6) digits (aka 2021-12-10 in the example below) changes the date.

@Millie_Azure's Long Term Calendar is correct, but you have to keep in mind that it displays the egg color assuming that it is 8PM EDT/DC or 7 PM EST/DC of that given day.

I hope this helps!
