Encyclopedia entry not populting

I have a yellow sapphire egg, and previously had 3 others, but my sapphire encyclopedia entry won't show the yellow egg.  It remains grayed out.

Was the egg blue on your scroll before it turned yellow? The egg will count only once, as the type it was when it got to your scroll. In order to unlock the yellow egg just from owning you'd have to acquire the egg (trading, etc) *after* it turns yellow. You can also unlock it by viewing other user's yellow eggs.
