This critter's got 99 problems and not being on 3 different click sites' ERs ain't one. 

 

Stats seem to be stuck and not progressing. Is there anything I can do?

Was it Stunned? If it's Stunned it can't grow up or receive views for two days.

if you trade it and trade it back it can gain views again. Remove it from hatcheries first and you gotta be quick but its doable.

But will it stay red, or will it turn orange if teleported?

It will stay red. Cantos are effected while eggs, once they hatch they don't change color.

Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one who's forgotten I used stun on a certain hatchie, and then wondered why the thing ain't growing. 😂
