Abandoned Project Thread / Account

More of a DC Forums question than a DC question, but there's a project thread (run by a project account) that's been inactive for several years now. If I was looking to revive that thread, should I PM a moderator to ask about it?

I think that is the way to go. I did that years ago with the Breast Cancer Hope lineage and was permitted to reopen a new group project thread with me as the new thread monitor. I suspect permission to do so may vary depending on the reason for inactivity and other considerations, but it's worth a shot.
