Labradorite dragon breeding plan

While people are working on their favorite new drop lineage, here mine. The true beauty.

I would personnally see it with others slim dragon such as the Almerald, Bolt, Melismor, Striped River and why not the Rift Wyrms?

To be honest, I only like the Sapphire variant when it comes to poses, not color chemes :c

@Nightmon - for another slim bodied dragon, what about blue or green gemshard? (i can't do a mock-up but the poses seem like work well together...)

 

@Mewtie - i would love to see cassare x labradorite if you do it! and lorewise, they're an intriguing pair.

 

someone showed me a template with radiant angel x female labradorite, and so far that's my favorite holiday pairing for them.

the labradorite x cloudplume that @BreRo posted above is growing on me but i think i would do it in reverse, with male cloudplume x female labradorite.

 

i really like the males but something about their lineage tile is making it hard for me to find a pairing i really love for the males...

Celestials x Labs - they look so ethereal together

Blusangs - lovely shades of blue

 

 

Green Coppers

 

 

Purple Florets

 

 

I like them with hollies!

 

 

Shadow walkers

 

 

Primarily wanted to see how they'd look with dark sweetlings

 

 

Rosebuds - I knew i'd like them!

 

 

 

Lab x Monarchs - I like them with females!

I love these dragons. I was a little worried about the male lineage tiles, but they turn out to look great after all.

 

I wouldn't have thought to pair them with Monarchs, but that works great! I may emulate that...

Actually, was just too lazy to make a reverse sheet in addition. Simply like how the white fluffy thing counterparts the black and sleek one

my luck with bred gemshards is generally terrible, which is unfortunate because i am definitely going to do this! the mock up probably has alternating gemshard colors as a time/space saver, but i want to do it just like this. i love how the labradorite almost seems to shift colors at first glance, depending on whether it's paired with blue or green gemshard. thanks for the mock-up, @dustpuppy!

The pairing itself looks nice, but it's interesting thematically, too. A dragon that lives in the deep earth to protect other dragons from its mana-draining, a dragon that lives high in the sky to protect their mana from being stolen. There's a nice contrast there.
