We are finally having an a/c installed in our pricing room and I had to clear all the tables and stuff on the table from both the inside and the outside of the room so the guys can get to the place where the a/c will go. Last year a mob of protesters tore down the statue of old Chris that was in Baltimore's Little Italy and threw him into the harbor. Posted October 11, 2021 oh yaay! it rained here earlier, it's stopped now. at my store, they're doing construction in the space next to ours, the space is completely gutted while they work on it. but along the roofline, where it aligns with ours..... and when it rains - our stuff gets wet! rude! Our buddy is out of the hospital and checked out with a clean bill of health, which is good. She will not be walking with us today, though, because she is rather tired after her experience. They put her through a whole battery of tests which all came back normal. It is a nice cool morning for walking. Looks like it will be cloudy. Posted October 11, 2021 It is a Federal holiday but no holiday for my local government office (where I work) despite Collumbus day. Wish I had the day off like some of the rest of you folks. Posted October 11, 2021 We had a lovely walk. The trail we picked for today is a rugged forested trail. It is used by mountain bikers and I was surprised how many of them were out there today. The last time we walked it, we were nearly the only ones there. Now I need to get busy and bake some cookies to take to the church tomorrow for the bag lunches that they hand out to the homeless/needy.
