Yeah, I'm pretty well-stocked, too, but two of the packs (I was gifted) are a brand I'd rather not use, so I hope the ones I bought last me till ... well, till.

But we are a tiny island (19 x 7 miles) with almost 300,000 people, people who like to stand close enough to breathe down your neck even if you're a stranger, so even one case is too many, and nine of our ten are here.

oh wow!.... i looked on my county site again - we have a population of 638,222 people in 241,262 households, so there's that.

Do you know your square footage, or whatever you'd use to describe the size?

i just went back to the site to see if it was on there (it isn't, gotta google) .... but i think they updated their numbers, cause now there's 181 cases!

 

google tells me the county is 622 square miles... but some areas, like mine, are housing developments with houses not that far from each other.  the upper part of the county is sprawling areas, sometimes miles between neighbors, so....

Hello!

 

I made a few calls and i am not sure when i will be able to invite my mother to the nearest zoo here. That's my birthday present back from October for her...

I planned for a warm month knowing how my mother reacts to being out in cold weather. But know who knows... *sigh*

for the holidays, my older daughter gave me a hand-made "gift certificate" for us to go to a wine 🍷 tasting at a local winery over the summer.  i hope we're able to do that then
