Hello and welcome! Most people, myself included, add our dragons and eggs to fansites, so they get the views they need to hatch and grow up. Clicks, while good since they're worth a lot of views, are not essential for dragons to grow up. Here is the list of fansites you can choose from; I use Valley Sherwood, Allure of Neglected Dragons, and Silvi's Lair. You shouldn't need to use more than three. You can also add your eggs and hatchlings to your signature, and to the forum in this thread.

Welcome to DC, @asset23!  When I was new, I had a mentor who greatly helped me in learning the game. If you find you need assistance figuring stuff out, they are awesome at answering all sorts of questions.
