ANSWERED:[ANSWERED] Yam-stuffed mushrooms recipe borked

It doesn't work - whatever you do, you get a giant mess. Several have posted in the holidays thread, but it still gives a mess. One of us could have made a mistake, but there are at least four people who have got a mess as a result of following the recipe from the google list and from the wiki. Is it designed to fail ?

I am told if you do it using prep instead of oven, it works. I'm waiting till I've done some other stuff before I try.

 

I can confirm that this is so.

 

ETA so I have edited the wiki; I can't do the googledoc.

I made it successfully - but as preparation, not as oven recipe.

Exactly - so the wiki and the googledoc had it wrong. I edited the wiki but I can't edit the doc.

I just tried it as an oven recipe, and still got "a mess" as a result.

 

Edit: Oh, I see, the google doc got updated. Weirdly enough I thought I hadn't refreshed the page, so I thought I was trying the "other" option from what I had done before.

I know nothing of the google doc - I hoped it would be done  (Just looked and it wasn't...)

 

- but it's a PREP recipe.

 

The wiki is correct.

 

Unless someone has edited it after I did !
