I'm new here and I don't know many things about Dragon Cave.

Can somebody explain me, please, is all new users need to create individual topics for entrance to "site discussions" topics? Well, when I try to view any theme there display just " You do not have permission to view this content." Why is it happens.....

Every new user has to be approved by a moderator before they can post - this keeps spammers off the board
