ANSWERED:How to report multiscrolling?

I noticed someone very obviously multi-scrolling on the trading board who seems to be winning the monthly raffle on both accounts, and was wondering how to report this? I didn't see any feature on-site for it.

I would PM TJ. The mods might be able to help too, but I believe TJ is the one who actually looks into these things. It's kinda sad when people cheat and get rewarded for it (CB Prizes), so good on you for doing your part to stop that.
