I just started a week ago and finally decided to introduce myself.

 

I'm enjoying Dragon Cave so far. I have so many questions but I'm sure I'll muddle through. For now, how to I change my avatar?

For changing your avatar, you should be able to now - you can't until your account is approved by a moderator.

@Kaini Thank you for the help! I'm actually really surprised by how heavily moderated this site it, was it always like this? I didn't understand why I couldn't see all the forum boards (other than this one) for an entire week. Kinda confusing XD

 

I'll think about that mentor, but I really do like learning games without relying so much on one person. Mostly I want to know the best way how to get the magic trading dragon. Would I put that topic in the Help board or General Discussion?

the best way to get those dragons is to head into the cave and hunt them

 

You can also try the abandoned page, you may be able to find the egg there if you know what it looks like.

@water_angel Thank you so much, you are very helpful! It's nice to have confirmation that it's something that I just have to hunt for over time. No worries, I'll make it a personal goal for myself to find one without any more assistance. Thank you though, but I might just come fine you if a week passes and can't find one

 

EDIT: Oh wow, I just went to one of the dragon habitats and there was an egg with an orange aura! I believe this was what I was looking for. I am VERY pleased, this is my first person goal completed (and so soon after I posted my reply, it must have been fate!!) Thanks again!
