Small update: SultrySandwich's pair produced a Stone which has safely hit Sethiss' scroll and has been influenced female.

Hey guys, I've renamed my Red and Silver participants in the main lineage but the pair above them (the parents of my Red) remains unrenamed. @pinkgothic, if you have access to the breeder, could you please poke them? The names should be about Red dragons, if I'm not mistaken. If they have trouble making up the names, here's my suggestion: Old Red hatchlings had the same // sprite as Dark Green and Pink

I'm indeed touch with replica regarding naming her pair, although I've been informed the red's name is not changing. I've been a little bummed about this (prior warning would have been sweet; I would have tried harder to organise an alternate pair if I'd known!), but it can't be helped. She's said she'll try to work the name into the phrase, like TCA was doing with her white and purple, which is quite fair.

Sadly I can't help with the Black dragon, only have a CB Female - back when CB wasn't a big thing so I was happily breeding alt blacks out of a odd lineage black.

 

I can throw my CB Gold Female in the mix for you - I know we are not there yet, just so you know she is available.

I came across your thread offline and created a forum account only to be able to see if I could help ^^ I'm not sure I understand how this breeding project works logistics-wise, but here's what I have from your second-post list:

(Currently not willing to rename him, as I had a special name for him which got erased (inactive for a few months) and snatched by someone else, so his second name has sentimental value.)

Awesome, welcome to the forum! Thanks so much for linking your dragons. I've added them to the second post (into the "cache"). The stone on Sethiss' scroll is going to grow up before she's next online, so the Holly's probably not getting used unless we get a refusal, but thanks a bunch for listing it! ❤️

 

The alt black doesn't help, unfortunately; for alts and the likes the plan we have is to try to breed the relevant CBs into the line; so for the alt black, we'd breed in a CB black until the spiral offspring alts.

Should anyone have an older CB black than purplehaze's April 2010 dragon that they'd be willing to rename, you have until eventingpony24 produces a vine from the stone x vine pair to speak up!  And please do, if you have one. (My oldest CB is sadly from 2012.)

 

 

Also, we're closing in on the next gold battle (once we get a vine from eventingpony24 and then a black from whoever is next in line, the battle begins!). This one's female.

 

 

I would be thrilled to throw this gold into the mix, but she's very recent! So almost anyone will be able to do better than me on the release date.  But I definitely want to participate in the grind. ❤️ If for some reason she makes the race I'll name her with an S' prefix (like this boy), since the person who gifted this lovely to me would like that. (The dragon lady was just already named before the request was made! But if I do rename her I might as well honour it.)

Well, I have this lady from 2009, if no one can do better. She doesn't seem to have many offspring named after her, and most of those are mine anyway, so renaming shouldn't be a big problem. I would prefer something short, though, if it comes to that.
