Not getting any new items? (snow game)

Am I doing something wrong? I still don't have any new items to build. I still only have the first 3 items (snowball corner, snowball wall, snow cannon) and still haven't received any other items.

I'm currently lvl8, but I've been playing the event since the 25th. I thought new items would appear daily or something.

You need to level up. New stuff comes at level 10 and above, if I recall correctly.

So basically go to battle and pick some fights, every 60 minutes or so. Having multiple cannons helps with that.

I am not getting any resources and I only have 4 snows so I can't build anything to do anything. It has been stuck like this from the beginning. I'm using chrome. I tried explorer and it was completely blank.

Have you collected all the  little piles of snow all over your field ? You have loads there.
