This suggests that they are typically not blind upon hatching though, so disregard my previous comment.

That was actually what I was referring to. lol

 

on topic.  I don't breed Nebula lineages so I likely wouldn't use this, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be added for those that do. (Honestly, I don't breed much of anything so I'm a bad person to get an opinion from. )
