Hmm, the most interesting and least gruesome is probably that IBM released the first PC on August 12th 1981. Good for all of us :)

I looked up my birthday and apparently

August 14th,1040 - King Duncan I of Scotland killed in battle against his first cousin and rival Macbeth (not murdered in his sleep as in Shakespeare's play). The latter does succeed him as King.

That's pretty cool....

Looks like Feb. 20th was quite normal day. I saw Wikipedia, I couldn't find some notable(in my point of view) from those list. Well, if I count my birthday on Lunar calendar, it is second day of year tho.

Wow a lot has gone down on my b-day. There is more than 50 historical events and too many to list of famous b-days . Although probably the most famous is Oscar Wilde.

And Walt Disney was founded on my b-day. 1384  Jadwiga is crowned King of Poland, although she is a woman. I liked that one. lol

Full list is Here for anyone interested in seeing the full list.

My mother is very fond of telling everyone I was born the same day as the Lockerbie bombing. Every year when she posts about my birthday she always mentions about the plane. Its kind of sad, because I share my name with a little girl from Lockerbie who died that day. :(

Coincidentally I share a birthday with my husbands brother-in-law, who is married to the sister who also shares my name.
