ANSWERED:Trade Hub Ban Error

I think the title describes it.  I was banned from the trade hub earlier this month, but I have no idea for how long.  Now, with these new rules,  this pops up:

 

 

Now, from what I read on the new rules update, I think my ban is temporary.  So what should the clock say?

 

(BTW, I refuse to travel back to New Years Eve 1969.  My flux capacitor just ain't what it used to be...)😄
