Grid custom sort isn't working for me, I can't drag my dragons because it's greyed out. Can anyone help me out ?

Is Javascript activated?

If yes, did you try restarting your browser and/or clearing your cache?

It has never worked on mobile devices, by the way. But it's working for me.

 

If you use noscript you need to "allow" it.

I tried clearing cache and it made no difference and java is enabled.

Start your browser in safe more (no add-ons) ? DO you have noscript ?

 

Failing all else, log out and manually delete all dc cookies, then try again...

is not necessary. Javascript is something else. It can be blocked by addons (because many sites use javascript mostly to annoy people) or by your computer's internet security suite. If so, you can usually whitelist specific sites.

 

For sort, you should permit scripts from dragcave.net, dcave.net and cloudflare.com

I figured out the problem, I deactivated all my add-ons until I found the one that was causing the problem.

Thanks - not one I have ever felt a need for but now i will make sure not to !
