Rearing caterpillars and other larval insects.  It's quite interesting to watch their behaviors and super satisfying to see them eclose successfully.  I have so many pictures of my caterpillars and moths, in fact, Imma make one my profile pic since I can't think of anything else to put rn.

I also like trying to grow plants.  Not the greatest at it, but I'm getting better!

Honestly that is a very cool hobby! I only ever reared a caterpillar once in my life and it eas a very fascinating experience. Share some of your pictures :) I would be very interested to see the stages.

What kind of plants do you try to grow? I have honestly always been terrible at growing anything. xD

I've got a few.

I'm a digital artist for a career, but I enjoy playing video games a lot, so I guess that's a hobby?

I also LOVE to learn old ways of making art/printing photography, that are aging out as we enter the modern age. I know how to develop 50mm film in a darkroom, and I also know how to make cyanotypes.

Gardening is a hobby I also love but I live in an apartment that kills everything I try to grow.

I do a lot of film critique and enjoy critiquing movies.

i cant think of any other hobbies but there are some off the top of my head.

I sometimes do more things like growing indoor plants, collecting ammonite fossils, and SNES-era video games, but lately my hobbies are painting miniatures with some folks at the local game store (destroying our eyesight on a weekly basis; we recently had our biannual 24-hour marathon) and creating fictional languages.  Mostly for the sake of original stories and limited in scope, but one just for myself is developed enough that I've been able to translate some song lyrics.  Unless you've done it, you would not believe how much work with grammar and vocabulary it can take to reach that point.  I also take up kumihimo beading now and then; I have a few projects in mind for Christmas presents this year.

I don't have almost any hobbies at the moment but I do draw occasionally: I'll most often make a sketch on paper and then draw over it and properly finish it on GIMP. It's fun to create something even though I don't have the fanciest tools. :D

Oh and if playing on a 3DS counts as gaming, then that's a hobby as well! While I'm not at all experienced with competitive playing, I enjoy playing Pokemon. Another game I'm really enjoying is Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

Currently my main hobby is drawing.

I'm digital animal artist with Clip Studio and tablet.

Sadly, I'm no longer being traditional artist. But I still use papers and my mechanical pencil&eraser for sketching.

And I play some video games too.

Currently I almost stopped reading. And I have many hobbies I gave up. (Singing, Rap, Some of sports, Kinda crafting, Others I can't recall)

That's may lucky I don't quit drawing.

I normally say my hobbies include reading and writing, I own way too many books and love writing stories, but I haven't actually done either in multiple months. I do enjoy photography, though I don't think I'm good at it in any professional-type way, I just love taking tons of pictures (like the 1,450 pictures I took on our 5 day trip last year...). I used to love painting, went to an art group 2-3 times a week for about 3 years, but I eventually got bored with it and haven't done any painting in a few years.

I train ninjutsu. A japanese martial art revolving around ninjas. It includes hand to hand combat, use of weapons and some elements of parkour.

I also love dancing. I used to train latinamerican and traditional dances professionaly

Kind of an unusual combination. I also love gaming. I spend a lot of time on gaming. This is my beast

I'm 71 and I've lived in this area for over 34 years now, the longest that I ever lived in any one area and I became interested in the history of this area.  I was an amateur Historian for over 25 years and am now a County Historian and I am enjoying the heck out of that.  Iwas appointed by the County Supervisors and that made it official.

I love to read, swim in the ocean; salt water fishing and (can playing with my Grandkids be considered a hobby?), if so that is #1...  I love talking to people about their family histories and how it relates to the world  around them...

Did I mention Dragons?   Yes, they are a daily part of my life as is Ghibli Studios Anime and other like Anime.  I even have some tattoos (from my son) of some of my anime favorites...

I have somewhat of a reputation in local circles for being that one person who collects dead animals. I process their bodies, articulate their skeletons, and so on. It’s a hobby that’s led to a volunteer job and plenty of opportunities to educate people.

Art and especially creature designing is my other biggest hobby. The former stemmed from this.

More recently, I enjoy writing and studying storytelling and filmmaking. Studying on your own terms can be called a hobby, yes?

And, of course, gaming, when I have time. That and collecting pop culture merchandise and action figures. I like non-productive hobbies.

Hobbies, huh...

I mainly like drawing and writing. I feel like I've found a passion in artistic stuff and I plan to pursuit it in the future and move onto animating stuff like anime.

I do also enjoy gaming a lot. Whenever I have time on my hands I do not hesitate to take some time and play games.

Mostly reading, though writing is something I’ve fallen back in love with recently. Go horse riding occasionally. I also like taking photos of nature, places I go for walks, wildlife etc. Very occasionally make things out of air drying clay.

Mostly for fun I just read, watch TV and movies , or play video games. I like doing things where I can feel like I'm living in a different world for a while. :) And of course I love going for walks with my dog, and sometimes I write stories or poetry.

I used to draw a lot when I was younger, but nowadays that has kind of disappeared from my life. I stopped as I realized it was fueling my anxiety. I always demanded too much from myself and still do if I pick up a pencil and try to draw something seriously. Perhaps one day I'll return to visual arts with a more casual attitude.

Nowadays I mostly just play various games and perhaps sometimes develop experimental game projects in my free time. Most of my energy goes into my actual game programming studies. I would like to begin swimming in the near future to keep myself in better shape, but so far I haven't had enough motivation or time to sort through the labyrinth of public transport in my current town and figure out a way to get to the swimming hall.
