Watching the Market

Recommended Posts

Personally, I think this works. It might help if you changed the script color to white for the darkest shade of blue (and maybe even yellow), but it's fine as is.

Apparently the market page was updated, and the qualifications to buy eggs changed again, so now I lost access to papers, dinos, and chickens.

Sigh.

You probably have to completely unlock the breed now.

Hurray. *sarcasm*

Looks like I gotta go egg hunting some more for eggs I hardly every see.

Pricesheet has been updated as of 6/10.

This week's changes:

Ice 3,900 -> 3,800

Paper 4,900 -> 4,800

Chicken 5,500 -> 5,400

Green Dino 3,000 -> 2,900

Purple Dino 3,600 -> 3,500

Red Dino 4,000 -> 3,900

I'll start messing with a color schematic shortly.

Edit: cell colors have been added, using yellow for price drops and blue for price increases. Since you suggested it @olympe, could you look at it? I'd like to make sure I did the cell coloring the way you intended it.

Also, if the colors aren't easy to read, I can move their shades around. I might make the text white for the darker blue though, since it seems a little difficult to read at a glance.

That's awesome! Let me look.

It looks good to me!

Aye, it seems they did change the qualifications, as I just lost access to two of the Dinos and the chicken. Guess I'll have to do some scouring myself to get them back. Glad I got this week's update done before that dropped.

I wish I had taken screenshots beforehand.

Now I need to get papers, dinos, and chicken screen shots somehow.

Nice!

Yeah. That bug is no fun.

Lemme take a screen shot now before I forget again.

Edit: Screenshots as of June 17, 2018:

DC Market Prices: Aeon - Deep Sea

DC Market Prices: Diamondwing - Lumina

DC Market Prices: Dark Lumina - Seawyrm

DC Market Prices: Seragamma - Green Dino

DC Market Prices: All Dino & Chicken

Now if anyone can get me a screenshot for all the dinos unlocked (as of now I am missing the purple one) that would be great.

It's officially the first day of Summer!

As such, Summer Seasonal Dragons are available in the Market!

It seems that they predictably change with the seasons.

If you wanted to buy a Spring Seasonal, it's far too late now.

Spreadsheet has been updated as of 6/24. Apologies for the late update, its been an extremely busy day for me.

Frostbite 300 -> 200

Thunder 3,900 -> 3,800

Chicken 3,500 -> 3,400

Purple Dino 3,500 -> 3,400

Notably, the Frostbite went down 100 shards, and it's been a target breed for the Common Collector's Competition this month. No surprise there, but its encouraging to see that actively targeting breeds might cause a more tangible result.

That is kind of the opposite effect though ... If more Frostbites than usual had been collected/bred, the Market price should have gone up!

In retrospect, I actually have no idea what I was trying to say last night. (My fault for writing comments after an exhausting day, right before bed)

That being said, I'm not sure how the prices work exactly, especially with commons. I'm part of this month's Common Collector's, and there are far fewer Frostbites in cave than there were ~3 weeks ago. Not Zyu levels of fewer, but I did notice that I usually have to wait a few shuffles for one to pop up, and sometimes they don't at all. So I dunno why its dropping if they're supposed to increase in price as Cave populations go down.
