and also too bad to can't get AWESOME Holiday Dragons..(especially Halloween!!!!!!)

Hello and welcome! You can get the Holiday dragons again during their respective holiday seasons now! You just have to wait until they roll around.

Welcome!! As others have mentioned, last year (starting during Halloween) Cavebred past-holidays became available again in a special biome specifically for that holiday! It happened in December and this year's Valentines as well. We don't know for certain that it will keep happening but I'd say most likely yeah.
