Posted March 7, 2018 (edited) ArgentiAertheri The common cuttlefish male has two mating strategies -- fight over the females, or disguise themselves as females and sneak in -- the females pick their mates in the end though, and someone actually did paternity testing on baby cuttles and turns out the sneaky males are more successful. (I hope a mating related fact is acceptable!) Edited March 7, 2018 by ArgentiAertheri Share this post Link to post

Posted March 8, 2018 Aalbiel There are several types of parasites that can change the behaviour of their hosts significantly. For instance, the Toxoplasma species, which reproduces in cats but also infects rodents, will influence the rodents to act more recklessly (that way they're more likely to get eaten by a cat, the target host).
