im looking for the organisers (im so bad at navigating through forums) 

im an artist and im wanting to speak to the organisers about assisting

I recommend messaging TJ if you would like to create art for upcoming events. I'm not sure how he chooses artists or when, but he does run the site. Or maybe ask spriters who participated this year?

Perhaps PM any of the spriters who worked on the last event. You can find the credits in this post: 

 

 

I'm fairly certain Process orchestrated the event for Valentine's Day.
