Posted January 4, 2018 Sometimes I get a notification email that I have a PM other times I don't receive one - which can lead to me missing PMs as I don't log onto the forums every day. I have turned the setting for sending email notifications off and back on again, and for a while it worked. However, over the last week or so I am only receiving them spasmodically. The problem isn't my email as DC is on my white list & I check my spam folder regularly. I know of at least one other person who has experienced this problem; thus I wondered if it was more general and if so if anything could be done, please? Share this post Link to post
Posted January 4, 2018 *Raises hand* I often don't get the email notification for a new PM until I open the PM on the forums. Sometimes there has been a two-day delay. I, too, would appreciate knowing why this is happening. Share this post Link to post
