Hello and welcome! We used to have a thread that covered DC records for things like that, but since that thread was shut down I don't know who holds that record. The New DC Record Book thread doesn't appear to have a nominee for it.

I think its Princess Lucy, and there are still records somewhere (22,700) but i dont know when they where last updated and where i even found them. 😂

 

I often read the Nick Rubyshoes, its a pitty that they quit!
