Can't add multiple lineages to group at once

A few hours ago I went to add my new Frostbite x Halloween pairs to my project group. I selected all of the 3G eggs and checked the "Lineage" button to add their parents as well, but clicking the "Add" button just loaded a blank white page, and none of the dragons were added to the group. Adding a single dragon by lineage works, though.

 

Is this a glitch, or is there there just a limit on adding multiple dragons by lineage? If there's a limit, could it please be noted on the addmulti page?

Can confirm this behavior, just tried it. Since the page does say lineages, plural, it does seem strange that it wouldn't work.
